Automated Money Machine is an analogy of business and investment
concept that Jess S. Valenzuela developed. It means creating An
on-going multiple stream of income, be it a Real Estate,
Internet, Stocks, Paper trading, off-line businesses and
more...
Anyone can do the concept of building your own Automated Money
Machine. It's not a rocket science. In fact, it is so simple you
wonder why everyone is not doing it.
My formula is this.
1. Phase 1. You are the machine, it means you trade your time for
money. Job, Consultant, Business Operator and so on...
2. Phase 2. You slowly build machines that creates money for you
and re-invest that money towards creating more AMM for you. All I
did while I have a full time Job and a part time business is to
use the cash and buy my first home, create internet sites, and
invest in Mutual Fund and Stocks that pays dividends. The money I
got from my automated income is continually re-invested towards
creating, building, acquiring more AMM. The business should pay
for itself!!!
3. Phase 3 is basically the Autmoated Money Machine is now
producing income for you in a monthly basis. It means you don't
have to worry about losing your job because your AMM is now
covering your monthly bills and expense.
I've been doing this concept for a long time. Just like everyone
else, I have a lot of setback. However, with my experienced. I
like to share my knowledge and experience that I've accumulated
over the years.
The impact of Recession didn't give a dent to my businesses and
investment! Why!? because they are so Diversified and Allocated
that if one fails, I have the others still up and running! For
example; When Stocks went down and so is Real Estate. My Internet
Businesses Surged! So when they all went down, all we did is
bought more properties! and convert those into Rental!
Because so many people where affected by this recession and lost
even their home, this is the great time to re-asses what went
wrong!
This is the Information Age! if you still think that JOB is
secure! You probably already faced the reality! or you will soon
faced it.
Job should only be a stepping stone! A place to acquire knowledge
and experience that you will be able to use to successfully
launch your own Automated Money Machine.
Don't worry, I will exposed the secret of the rich. All the Rich
and the wealthy do is create their own AMM. They Automate the
increase of their income and Automate the decrease of their
expense.
So I'm with you. TheAutomatedMoneyMachine.com is my personal
journey blog of creating Automated Money Machine. I will blog
what I've done, my experience, my current projects and my future
plan. I will also share the books I've read, audio books, videos,
and other articles.

My Name is Jess Valenzuela. You are probably wondering what's the
website is all about. Please let me introduce briefly about myself.
I was born in the Philippines and now currently living in Toronto,
Canada.
I created this website for one simple reason. To blog my past,
present, and future about my journey toward creating multiple
stream of income or an on going cash flow. This site is not about a
machine that creates money automatically. The Automated Money
Machine is just an analogy that I created personally in regards to
creating automated multiple stream of income.
I had so many challenges and I'm the type of person who really been
there and than that. I tried MLM, Businesses and etc.. that
requires a lot of capital and time. That solutions does not work
for me. I know some people are successful working in their business
or in MLM. For me, I rather spend my time with my family, playing
sports with them, and travel with them. I want my kids to grow to
their real mother or parents rather than Baby sitter. I'm pretty
proud that I have achieved that. Not only my kids grew up with
their real parents full time! I also have multiple stream of
income. Although its not large, it helps pay to grow itself.
I have so many venture that require my time and capital and at the
middle of building them, I have to stop because If I have to choose
between going to the business meeting and mountain biking with my
kids, I rather do the mountain biking.
So I decided to look for a solution and back in 1999 when I was 23,
a friend of mine lend me a book called Rich Dad Poor Dad. Page by
Page before I go to work, I read with thouroughly. At first I
couldn't understand it. Things like "Money Is Not Real", or "Poor
and Middle Class works for the money and The Rich makes the money
work for them" or "Rich people have multiple set of cash flow" and
so on..
I begun to do some research and applying some of the knowledge. My
parents at that time disagree with all of its ideas. My parents,
just like any middle class family believes in "Go to school, get a
degree, find a good secure job, buy a bigger house". I followed
this advice but I slowly starts to build my first company, part
time. According to Robert Kiyosaki, experience in the street is
better than the book at the school. And for every mistake I make,
the greater wisdom I will have. He also said that most people are
afraid of making mistakes and that is why they are still where they
are right now.
So I decided to keep making mistakes while I build my businesses. I
started focusing on generating on going Cash flow. Real estate,
Financial Investment and Businesses. At first I traded my time for
money so I can have capital to build my businesses. Robert says
that "The Business should pay for itself" My money deriving from my
Job is solely only for my personal expense. The Business expense is
seperate from my personal expense.
I take part time courses like Accounting, Marketing, Sales,
Business Management. I also take personal development, reads books
and ebooks and listen to audio tapes. I take everything that I can
to learn about building businesses that have on going cash
flow.
My idea of AMM short for Automated Money Machine, is to create
businesses that have on going cashflow that even if I left it for 1
to 2 years, it will still continue to serve me.
That's all for today, I will continue this conversation later as
I'm right now renovating my Rental property. I will post some blog
that is useful creating your own AMM.
