Caller ID	Choose whether to display the Caller's number or your Kall8 number as the Caller ID on incoming calls. For example, if you have multiple toll free numbers set to ring the same phone, displaying the Kall8 number as the Caller ID will allow you to identify which toll free number was dialed and answer the call appropriately.
Online Management	Kall8's online account management is included free with service and includes a variety of tools to help you track your calls such as call detail and campaign analysis reports.

Managing Your Numbers
Setup/Add Features	Add, remove, or change features online.
Update your ring-to number	Change your ring-to number instantly using the Kall8 online web interface or use the Custom Call Forwarding feature to have your ring-to number changed automatically depending on time of day.
Manage Locations (Address Book)	Enter your most common locations into your Address Book and they will appear in a drop down box the next time you go to change your ring-to number. This is helpful for those who change their ring-to number frequently.

Managing Your Account
Manage Account Usage	Keep track of your Kall8 usage online. This is a great tool for budgeting purposes.
Update Payment Information	Update your credit card online.
Payment History	View your payment history online. You can see all your invoice amounts and corresponding payments on the same page.
View Statements	View your statements for the last six months online.
Limited Account Logins	Set up a Limited Login that will allow the user to have online access only to their specific toll free number. This type of login gives the user access to all aspects of that particular number except the ability to view any billing or account management information. This is especially useful for corporate accounts with multiple users or resellers who wish to give their customers access only to their specific information.

Start a rental property in 7 steps

Step 1: Decide what type of property
Decide what type of property you would like to lease for your rental company. Many of these businesses work exclusively with multi-family housing, while others work in commercial properties or single-family dwellings. There are benefits and drawbacks to each, so go with the type that feels most comfortable.
Step 2: Acquire Property

Acquire enough property to start a rental company. In the case of multi-family housing or commercial business, a single property will probably be sufficient to start. However, if you're going to be leasing houses, you might want two or three properties for lease.
Step 3: Create Lease

Develop a lease with the help of an attorney or real estate agent. The lease should cover every aspect of the tenant-landlord relationship, and should state specific policies and procedures for renting.
Step 4: Inspect

Hire an inspector to evaluate each of your properties for damage, needed repairs and zoning compliance so you won't run into any problems once you sign a lease. Renting an unfit property can result in serious legal damages.
Step 5: Get an office

Establish an office from which you will run your rental company. It might be located in one of the apartments in a multi-family housing building, or it could be a separate office entirely. Masking works in conjunction with domain name forwarding, which redirects all Web traffic for a domain to a specified URL, by preventing the forwarded domain URL from displaying in the browser's address bar. For more information about forwarding domains, see Forwarding Your Domain to Another URL.

When setting up domain masking, you can enter a title and meta tags to assist with ranking your Web site on search engines. This information does not change the look of your Web site.

For example, you own onecoolexample.com and want people who visit it to be redirected to coolexample.net, but you don't want them to see the URL of the site you forwarded to (coolexample.net). By using masking to forward your domain, visitors see onecoolexample.com, even though you forwarded them to the content on coolexample.net.

To Add Masking to Your Domain Name Forwarding

Log in to your Account Manager. (CyFocus.net)
In the My Products section, click Domain Manager.
Use the checkbox(es) to select the domain name(s) you want to modify.
Click Forward.
On the Forwarding tab, select Enable forwarding.
In the Forward to field, enter the URL to which you want to forward your domain name(s).
In the Redirect type area, select one of the following:

301 Moved Permanently

Redirects to the site you specified in the Forward To field using a "301 Moved Permanently" HTTP response. The HTTP 301 response code tells user-agents (including search engines) that the location has permanently moved.

302 Moved Temporarily

Redirects to the site you specified in the Forward To field using a "302 Found" HTTP response. The HTTP 302 response code tells user-agents (including search engines) that the location has temporarily moved.
Go to the Masking tab.
Select Enable masking, and then enter the following:

Masked title

A short title that describes your Web site, up to 80 characters.

Masked description Meta tag

A short description about your Web site, up to 150 characters.

Masked keyword Meta tag

Keywords that describe your page, separated by commas or spaces, up to 500 characters. Search engines use keywords to identify the content on your Web site.
Click OK.

How to Prepare Your Rental Property for Occupancy

Some responsibilities as a landlord are to make your property habitable. It means any known problems must be fixed before you allow a tenant to take occupancy.

Do a walkthrough of the unit to determine its condition and locate what repairs or maintenance need to be done. Here are some of the areas you need to consider.

1. Are the entire fixture fix? Check the plumbing such as the faucets, showers, tubs, and toilets. Make sure there are no leaks.

2. Are the floors fix and clean? Check the carpets or wood floors for stains. One of my wood floors are un attached to the main floor. I went to home depot for the glue and it fix it.

3. Are closets fix and clean? Check the doors. Make sure its cleaned. I used some 4w30 oil to lubricate my revolving doors.

4. Are the wall have holes, marks, or free of chips? Sometimes you have to re-paint and fix the holes.
5. Are all appliances working? Check the oven and the Refrigerator.
