How to build your own Media Network



There are so many ways to create your own media networks. I use CMS such as Joomla, Drupal, e107 or I also use blogging platform such as Wordpress, Blogger, and LiveJournal. I also use website builder, google pages, and social networking sites. I use CyFocus for domains, web hosting, web site builder, blogcast, web servers, SSL Certificate, privacy protection, and so on..

My issues are too much maintaining, it's hard for me to monitor all the systems, updates, traffic, reporting, securities, and monetizing. Too often publishers have so many rules and terms. If you break those rules, they take your site down without noticed.

What are my steps of creating Multiple Media Networks?

1. Plan - I plan ahead, I draw the design in paper, I do my research, make to do list, steps, and schedules.
2. Domain Registration - I go to www.CyFocus.net to check for domain availabity and then register
3. Pointing - Set your domain ponting to Devhub site builder. I login to CyFocus and changed my DNS or IP to point. Click here on how to point it
4. Developed - I start developing the site based on my step 1 Plan
5. Test - Test your site, trial and error
6. Marketing - I do Search Engine Optimization, link building, connect it to social networking and social bookmarking such as Twitter, Identi.ca, Facebook, FriendFeed, and so on...
